关于发货
每天下午3点半前下单付款后，一般当天发货，正常情况下48小时内发货，如订单比较多则72小时内发货。（大货需要按货期时间定）如有特殊情况没办法发货的，我们将第一时间联系您。我们控制得了发货时间，但左右不了到货速度，货在前往亲的路上可能会碰到各种状况，请亲多理解。

如需发货运请与客服联系修改运费，货运运费都是到付的（需加货拉拉运费）
关于收货
收货时请仔细检查箱体四周，如发现外箱严重变形，破损，封箱包装带断裂缺损，封箱胶带不完整，有明显被拆封开启的痕迹务必当面拆箱验货！若有少货或破损，请先不要提走货物，在货运站哪里联络我们进行协商；否则签收后视为无异议接受商品。
1、无质量问题退换货;
如果因买家个人原因需要退货的，由于退回产品来回运输造成损坏损失较大，均按原价打8折退款，超过七天我们不提供无质量问题退换货服务。注：（以上退货买家自行承担来回运费，如包邮物品，得扣取我们发货时候的运费）
2、质量问题退换货：
出现产品质量问题的累计重量满20KG换货来回物流运费费用由本店承担（具体寄快递还是物流请联系在线客服）如没有按照重量要求的想提前寄回换货的，来回的运输费用均由买家承担
3、在运输过程造成货损：
收货时请务必当着物流或快递人员的面拆箱检查，纸箱是有弹性的，塑料玩具是没有弹性的，所以有可能会外箱不破损，内物破损，请务必验货后再签收。产品5%损坏属于正常范围内，我们将提供再次订货补发配件修补的服务，但不单独补发。运输是由第三方物流公司完成，非我们所能控制，运输时间受天气、车辆安排、交通条件等诸多因素的影响，不作为退货的理由。
