3、产品是否可以选款式或颜色？
答：关于款式及颜色问题，配货的时候默认都发混款，有特别要求的朋友可以备注下款式或者颜色（一起拍下的时候有个栏可以备注，写上货号，款式），我们会尽量按照要求帮你们配好，但是难免会缺，希望大家包容下。我们尽量按照您写的配，如缺色缺款就给您随机发了，请见谅！
4、我已经付款了，什么时候可以发货？多久才可以收到货呢？
答：我们会在您付款成功后24小时内按付款顺序发货，运送时间会因距离、天气和不同快递公司的操作流程不同，一般情况下，发货后江浙沪1-2天，安徽、广东、福建、山东、江西、北京、天津一般2-3天，其他地区3-5天，偏远地区4-7天，省外物流一般3-7天！如果超过了相应的天数还没有收到宝贝的话，请与我们的售后客服联系。（如遇到网络销售旺季，发货量暴增，快递公司爆仓等情况而引起的快递延误或丢件的问题，还请各位理解哦，我们会做出妥善的处理。）
